To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, please take a moment to understand our booking and cancellation policy. Your commitment helps us provide the best possible service!
Booking Essentials at a Glance
We're thrilled you're choosing Lash.ng for your beauty needs
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners (e.g., Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Niacin, Vitamin E) for at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to minimize bleeding and bruising.
- Do not wax or thread your eyebrows for at least one week before.
- Avoid tanning or intense sun exposure for two weeks prior.
- Come to your appointment with your brows filled in as you normally would, if desired, to help your artist understand your preferred shape
Keeping the treated area dry for the first 7-10 days (no water, sweat, or heavy makeup).
Applying a thin layer of aftercare ointment (if provided) as directed.
Avoiding direct sun exposure and tanning beds.
Avoiding picking or scratching the healing brows.
Avoiding harsh cleansers or exfoliants on the brow area.
No swimming, saunas, or excessive sweating until fully healed.
 Semi-Permanent Makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for clients who are or have:
Pregnant or Nursing
History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
Diabetic (requires doctor’s clearance)
Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
Viral infections and/or diseases
Pacemaker or major heart problems
Organ transplant
Eczema/Psoriasis/Rashes near the treated area
Used Accutane in the past 6 months
Had Botox in the past 6 weeks
Heart conditions, uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system/healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
DO NOT BOOK! if you have had your brows done elsewhere, regardless of how long ago it was (5, 3, 2, or 1 year ago). Please allow us to assess if they are faded enough. SEEK CONSULTATION FIRST via DMs! We take our bookings seriously.
Brows done by Lash.ng WITHOUT a touch-up after 12-15 months or more will be considered a NEW SESSION and charged accordingly
Punctuality is Key:Â We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. This allows us to provide you with the full, dedicated time slot for your service.
Grace Period: We offer a grace period of [e.g., 15 minutes].
Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than [e.g., 15 minutes] late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. Your appointment may be shortened, or we may need to reschedule it. In such cases, your payment may be forfeited, and a new booking fee might apply. We will always do our best to work with you while respecting our schedule and other clients' appointments.
Notice Period: We require a minimum of [X hours/days, e.g., 48 hours] notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
How to Reschedule/Cancel: Please contact us directly via WhatsApp, to make changes. Do not attempt to cancel through the automated booking system alone if possible, especially for last-minute changes.
- Mandatory Consultation: If you have had previous permanent makeup (microblading, ombre, combo brows, etc.) done by another artist, even if it appears faded, you MUST book a consultation with us first (or send clear photos via DMs for assessment).
Why a Consultation? We need to assess the existing work to determine if we can work over it and achieve your desired results safely and effectively.
Direct Booking without Consultation: If you book a brow service without prior consultation and arrive with existing permanent makeup from another artist that we deem unsuitable to work over, we reserve the right to refuse service. In this instance, your payment will be forfeited.
